INSPECTION VISITS

The only way to find out if a property has the right “feel” is to look for yourself. Most people know if something is for them the moment they see it and the only way that can happen is to do a little legwork.

We can arrange an inspection visit for you but without involving the drudgery of spending hours with a sales rep looking at beaches and local bars. We will arrange viewings of only those properties that interest you (and fit your budget) before you actually arrive. Short trips can be arranged for three or four nights, usually Tuesday to Friday or Friday to Tuesday, or a full seven or fourteen nights usually arriving and departing Tuesday or Friday, although other days can be accommodated.

We keep an apartment especially designed for inspection visits. The fully equipped two-bedroom apartment is situated in the small village of Parque de la Reina (half way between the airport and Los Cristianos). It is ideally situated as a central point to view properties in the South. The complex has gardens, a pool, shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Should you go on to purchase a property through our agency, the rental cost of the apartment will be refunded in full.

Accommodation rates are:

One or Two persons:
Short visits (3 or 4 nights) 40 Euros/night (£25 approx)
7 or 14 night stays 250 Euros/week (£165 approx)

Three or Four persons:
Short Visits (3 or 4 nights) 55 Euros/night (£35 approx)
7 or 14 night stays 330 Euros/week (£220 approx)
